The full title of this limited edition is “The Worlds of Kafka and Cuevas: An unsettling Flight to the Fantasy World of Franz Kafka by the Mexican Artist, Jose Luis Cuevas”.  Published by the Falcon Press, Philadelphia in 1959 with a limited edition of 600 copies, this elephant size folio measures 17” x 22”. The cover is printed black paper over boards with silver stamped cover and unimprinted spine. 

This book captures the spirit of Kafka. Utilizing the livre d’artiste approach, Cuevas has added his wonderful artistic touch to heighten Kafkas’ words. Written in both English and Spanish, this book is designed to enlighten and provide a visually stunning experience.

The overall book is in Near Fine + condition with very minor shelf wear and a small rub to the bottom front cover. The internals are in excellent condition.
