![]() The Complete Limited Edition Club Photography Collection 22 Photographer Signed Limited Editions Featuring Works by Steichen, Weston, Eisenstaedt, Abbott, Siskind, Cartier-Bresson, and Hosoe Exceptional Condition During its 80 year history, the Limited Edition Club has published 588 titles. Of these, 22 utilized photography to illustrate the edition. With the exception of the Matisse illustrated Ulysses and the Picasso illustrated Lysistrata, the most expensive and sought after editions are titles from the 22 books that comprise the Photographer Signed titles. From two of the earliest examples of photography being used to illustrate literary works, Walden by Steichen in 1936 and Leaves of Grass by Weston in 1942, to the more recent works of some the most prominent photographers of the twentieth century such as Cartier-Bresson's Les Fleurs Du Mal that features his only nude works, the Limited Edition Club has published some of the most sought after editions for serious photography collectors.
