Condition Report
The volume shows a tight binding and secure & undamaged hinges, lightly rubbed with wear to the edges and tips. There is some minor soiling to the back board. The leather remains whole and supple - rich crimson in color. Internally complete and clean with no foxing. Top edge gilt; fore & bottom edges trimmed, with soiling to the edges. Overall, a very attractive leather bound edition about one of history’s greatest painters.
