Published by The University of New Mexico Press, Albuquerque in 1991, “Rule Without Exception” is a wonderful collection of photographs and essays that documents the work of celebrated American photographer Lewis Baltz from 1967 to 1990. Consisting of 96 duotones and 18 full color plates, the book provides a nice overview of the career of the founder of the New Topographics movement.
Measuring approximately 13” by 10”, the book is a soft cover in stiff glossy bound photographic wrappers. The condition is Near Fine+ with just a touch of wear to the wraps and an embossed seal of the previous owner to whom the book is inscribed on the first free endpaper.
