This is a signed limited edition of “Diary of a Non-Deflector: Selected Poems by Jim Dine” published by the Arion Press in 1987 with a limitation of 120 copies. From the publisher, "AndrewHoyem and Jim Dine became known to each other through mutual friends in the literary world of the late 60s and early 70s. Jim Dine was then living in London and writing poetry as he pursued his art. Both have had previous volumes of poetry published. To celebrate their collaborations, the Arion Press issued this book as well as What If: Poems 1969-87 by Andrew Hoyem simultaneously in 1987 in a limited edition of 120.”
Measuring 9.25” x 6” and containing 80 pages, the book is bound in boards with a three-piece cloth design. The type is Monotype Romulus and is printed on Rives mouldmade paper.
The book is signed by Jim Dine under his frontispiece self-portrait etching.
